Being a leader takes many skills. One of the most important is to be able to see and assess their natural talents. As a leader, it’s your job to make sure team members are placed in the right roles.
Being an effective leader means to empower your team. They should accomplish tasks without asking a million questions and produce great results. Empowering your team can mean less detailed work for you, more time for you to plan and strategize, more mission-driven results, and happier employees.
Great leaders are self-aware leaders. To become more self-aware, it’s important to take time for self-reflection.
