They should have everything they need to accomplish what you require of them.
In your leadership role, you are responsible for things getting done through your people.
If it’s your job to get things done through your team, it stands to reason that your communication with them should inspire performance. Your people should be able to tackle the job before them without you hoping in and doing it for them.
